I've
always been drawn to the creative arts. My interest
in writing and photography led me to a B.A. in film
production from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill (B.A. Radio, Television and Motion
Pictures). I freelanced for 12 years doing documentary
film editing. At the same time I was doing street
photography and printing the work in my darkroom.
Later I worked with a photography studio and learned
large format photography. Using computers for graphic
design seemed like a natural move for me; the field
combines all my interests and skills, allowing me
to be analytic and artistic.
